Summit Exuma is a 10,000 SQ.F (930 SQ.M) estate overlooking the ocean in downtown Exuma surrounded by an 8' high rock wall; it is fit for royalty. Summit Exuma has a private driveway with an iron gate, a  gourmet kitchen with a private catering entrance, and a fully-featured fitness room. This estate is perfect for those who travel with personal security. Including seven king-size bedrooms, three full-size bathrooms, and two half-size bathrooms. (beds for 17 adults and 2 children), and a commanding view of the ocean and Stocking Island in its entirety.

 Just a two-minute drive or eight-minute beach walk to what the locals call "The best beach in Exuma."

The protected beach is a 2-minute drive or an 8-minute walk with silky sand and shallow water.

Summit Exuma has beach chairs, coolers, water floats, and towels. You won't need a beach umbrella because the Palms shade this incredible beach.

The bathrooms at Summit Exuma are well-appointed, featuring oversized bath towels, toilet paper, antibacterial hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner for your comfort.

Our kitchen is a culinary dream, equipped with stainless-steel appliances that include a toaster oven, two 12-cup coffee makers, a coffee grinder, Keurig, a French press, a cappuccino maker, Irish coffee mugs, comprehensive cookware, a blender, a 12 Qt crock pot/pressure cooker, a Kitchen Aid mixer, and an array of glassware including wine glasses and beer mugs. It's also stocked with essentials like garbage bags, dish soap, initial dishwasher detergent, and paper towels.

For those with little ones, a highchair is available on request.

The dining area is ready for large gatherings, with dishes, utensils, and serving ware for up to 30 people, a dining table seating 18, and a bar table for 12.

Laundry needs are covered with a full-size washer and dryer, including starter laundry detergent. House cleaning is provided every three days during your stay, with additional housekeeping services available upon request.

For entertainment, Summit Exuma offers 8 smart TVs, along with a selection of cards and games for both kids and adults.

Located near Georgetown, Exuma (GGT) airport, the property is just a 45-minute flight from Miami and Fort Lauderdale, with direct flights available from Miami (American Airlines), Fort Lauderdale (Silver), Atlanta (Delta), Canada, Charlotte, and Nassau. More direct flights are being added annually.

As owners of the Peace and Plenty Hotel and Kahari Resort, we offer all Summit Exuma guests complimentary shuttle boat service from the Peace and Plenty Hotel in Georgetown to the Peace and Plenty Beach Club on Stocking Island. The Beach Club provides snorkel equipment, paddle boards, and kayaks upon request (though bringing some of your own snorkel gear is still recommended).
